Ref: Car No. Nissan Sunny XV Petrol, Model No. LPU 1, Chassis No. MDHBBAN 17B9000142, Engine No. 702372A

Sub:- Complaint regarding defects in above Car.

I have to state the following :

1. I purchased the car on 30.09.2011 and took the delivery on 06.10.2011

2. On 09.10.2011, I started facing a a starting problem which was duly informed by me to your service dept. Immediately
thereafter, several mechanics and technicians visited my place but could not solve the problem.

3. Although I have paid the charges for the 3rd and 4th year warranty, I have been told that the charges are also tentative and the
final charged will be decided later. If that was the case, the charges should not have been collected in the first place.

4. At the time of delivery, I was not provided matting for the car on the statement that the mettings were not in stock. This does not
reflect well for reputed car company like Nissan.

5. Since the car has been delivered only 2 days back and had started giving me problems, I would like to have it replaced with a
new car. I do not wish to accept a defective car.

6. Kindly revert to me as early as possible as I am facing a lot of problems because of the above car.
