I struggled for getting help for my faulty Car. After 5 hours and many calls nobody reaches or calls for service.

Car Service: Speed, Waris Auto Services Pvt Ltd

They have burst services and annoying call centre people. Few days back I purchase “Speed” service by replacing my earlier car service.

Yesterday (18June 2010) I got a breakage in Gear and call for help around 4.45 pm from City Centre Gurgaon they told me that technician will attend call in 30 min. After 1 hr I start calling them and each time they told me that:
a. They are going to call back me in 1 min by taking technicians in conference.
b. Technician is very near or already at my place.
c. They will call back in 1 or 2 min with status update

NEVER HAD I GOT ANY CALL. I STRUGGLED 5 HOURS AND FINALLY GOT NO SERVICE – NO CALL _ NO STATUS UPDATE. AFTER 9.30 pm NO BODY PICK CALL.

I made around 20 calls to them.

In night I suffered big problem and got tough time. 10.00 in nigh I fight to go back to my home. Most time:

- No body pick call
- Put me in hold for 5 to 20 min by saying that they are going to connect me with Technition
- Once they put me in voice mail box

After a huge frustration I tried to speak to their manager but hard try gave me one number (9711832635) of Mr Ranjeet or similar name. And no body pick call on this number , I made around 10 calls in duration of 3 hors.
