Dear Sir/Madam

This complaint is regarding the responce of Starline Hyundai Satna on the request of return the advance amount given for booking.

I have paid Rs 11000.00 against the booking of a santro car on 04/05/2010 through chq vide bill no : SLAW/1054 and ordered for a car to be delevered on 11/05/2010 at Waidhan branch to Agency Manager Mr Alok Shrivastav, on 11/05/2010 he replied that no availibility was there, i instructed to cancel the order and refund the money, he said ok just submit the bill and an application and i will process.

I wrote an application but Mr Alok was out of city, I visited 3 times but he was not available at the agency, I am Working as an Asst Manager with Axis Bank and my work schedule is very tight so I forgot this. I visited again the agency on Nov 2010 and I came to know that Mr Alok Shrivastav has been transffered to some other location, but anyway I submitted my refund request in the agency on 25/11/2010. Till the same time, I did not recieved any followup from the company.

I were being told by the agency manager that i will be getting the amount back in 15 days, but there was no proceedings for another one month. I visited many times in the agency but there are different kind of excuses everytime. Even i took contact no of satna branch and called many times but the ans was " let us chek the status and we will call you back" and I did not recieve any responce all the time.

I said that should I visit your head office satna for further process, he said yes and getting time from my tight schedule I visited satna office on 3/12/2011 and asked about status of my request and I got the feedback-
" You have ordered for a car and we ordered the same in the company and your car had been here for a long time but you did not paid the rest amount, so if we will calculate the interest then it will be equal the amount of your advance. So it cant be refunded to you however the manager is out of station, let him come back and we will look into the matter and will call you back within 6 days."

They did not call me yet. this shows a picture of no customer service at all.

Sir, pls do the needful and if the same responce comes then pls accept the wordings in written and let me know the Car model, Color and chechis no they have ordered for me.
