Dear Sir,

I had booked Tata Nano with UIN no 112092358 in 2009. On 19 April 2010, I applied for its cancellation and sent all forms to the Tata Nano authorities but I have still not got its refund so far despite their web site saying that refunds would be given in 30-45 days but now 2 months have passed and no refund as yet.

I have been regularly corresponding with the Tata Nano customer care also on the issue and emailing them as well. All that the customer care replies is that the case is under process.Of late they have stopped replying to the emails also.

I solicit your help and request you to intervene please.
