I deposited a sum of Rs.95,000. on 11 :04 :09 on a/c of deposit
,alongwith with my Application for booking of TATA-NANO.
Due to certain cosiderations like Faults and Fires reported by
media in Nano
I was forced to request for cancelation of my booking. The same was duely
accepted videtheir cancellaion ref no. VHSSE-40816. Since then i have been requested
them a no. of times to return my deposit. I have even sent email request or the
same. A period of about 9 months has since elapsed but the refund is yet to
come. Kindly look into the matter and force M/s TATA for the refund, Since i
need the money badly for my treatment. In this contex i need to mention that i
am 68 years old, senior citizen and this money shall be very useful for my well
being.
