I had booked a Tata Nano car in May 2009 and deposited Rs 1,40,000 in favorer of Tata motors. But I have cancelled the booking on dated 19.03.2010 and paper surrendered at there dealer Kamal & company Jaipur on the same date. But neither company nor there dealer is in position to say about refund amount after passing 3 months. I had correspondence by telephonic and by mail but nobody is taking responsibility to refund payment . they are only saying that cancellation proses is completed and your cheque has been sent to you on dated 17.04.2010 by courier but still refund is not received by me. they are enable to give details of the refund amount. There call center and dealer are raised their hands up. Please help me in this matter.

I booked NANO and after getting confirmation from NANO TATA ,i again deposited the balance Amount ,My UIN No. is 114359424, My dealer is TAYAL Motors, Faridabad .

I make a request to Tata that i am not interested into taking delivery of NANO and according to their procedures i deposit all the docs. to TAYAL Faridabad ,but regret to write that upto Today I have not received my refund from TATA Motors.
