I want to bring something important in you notice. I am resident of Hooghly district of Westbengal and working as Software professional in an International MNC.

I am facing a problem regarding my new Car( Maruti RITZ VXI, BLUE BLAZE) delivery from dealers and Maruti side.

On 14th of May 2010 , I have booked my car from Dewar's Garage Ltd. , 4 council House street, Kolkata, showroom and paid 30000 as a booking amount. The indent number is 06A10610P180. Dewar's told me that I will get my car by 12th of June 2010.

On 4th of June I have paid the rest of the amount of the car price means entire amount of car's on road price ( 4.60 lacs) to Dewar's Garage Ltd.

But till date (2nd of July, 2010) Dewar's and Maruti didn't deliver my car and even not giving me any information about the delivery date of the car.

I have mailed both Dewar's and Maruti several time regarding my Car delivery but there is no proper response from both side, they are totally ignoring my matter and not taking my issue seriously.

It is close to 2 months but still there is no news of my Car where as SBI will start to deduct the EMI.

As a consumer am suffering and I think they are playing with me. As a customer I am not getting a customer care facility from both side.

Right now I am feeling that they are doing very unfair with me and they are playing with my money.

Hope honorable Consumer Forum court will take my complaint seriously and will take some necessary steps.

dear sir i am a coustmer of maruti udyog.we sold our car.after this i book a maruti ritz in tr sahni motors.but dealer not giving me my car i deposit 98000 rupees in favour of tr sahni motor delhi from one month.dealer commit me when i deposit this money then they give me my car but after one month i dont get my car.finance also completed from 20 days.when i call the dealer he dont recive my phone.he is very bed dealer and its bahaviour is so bad.its staff is irresponsible.staff members commitnent is false always.please deliver my car from dealer.i am very distrube without car.please take action immidiatly.
