Sir, I had booked Spark LT Car at Oberoi automobiles
OBEROI automobiles (P) Ltd.,
Showroom : Near Jail Bridge, Baldev Nagar, AMBALA City 134007.

Due to some unavoidable reasons I had cancelled the deal and had asked to refund the amount
of Rs. 56,000 Fifty Six Thousand (10,000 + 46,000). I had hand over the receipt to the employee of Oberoi Automoblies, Ambala Cant.(photostate of the receipts are with me)

But day after day I am asked to collect cheque from showroom giving different reasons.
Moreover I am also informed that the receipt they have lost. I, as demanded by them, gave the undertaking that if I get the receipt in future I will not demand the amount again. But till date I have not received the cheque from the Obaroi Automabiles.

I had booked Spark LT and have had paid the Total Amount of Rs. 56,000 cash. The details are as under...

Receipt no. 1624 Dated 16.12.2011 Amount Rs. 10,000
Receipt no. 1817 Dated 22.12.2011 Amount Rs. 46,000.

Due to some unavoidable reasons I have cancelled my booking and have requested you to refund the Amount. For which I had surrendered the both receipt and applied for refund on 27th Dec.

Then after I visited your showroom to collect Cheque but have to return back bare handed with following reasons....
1. On 29.12.2011 I was informed that M.D. is on leave
2. On 30.12.2011 I was informed that Receipt are miss placed.
3. On 31.12.2011 I contected on phone and came to know that due to month closing it will be issued on 02.01.2012
