1. In beginning phase when car was purchased from Joshi Hyundai Mohali[/B]. I was told some accessories are not present in car & that will be provided shortly... But after continuously visiting Showroom, mails to Customer care & continuous reminders to dealer for six months, I was provided those accessories from another used car...
2. On the request of dealer I opt insurance policy from dealer outlet. But policy was sent to me after 5 months of purchase & for that I was challaned by traffic police. It was the fault of Company & dealer for that I appear in Courts & pay the challan of Rs 1500/-.
3. Again in march 2010, I was phoned everyday by dealer representatives for continuation of Insurance policy...& by keeping the Hyundai in mind, I did it again on full payment of about 8500/- but again I was harassed for insurance policy for 6 months & when it was sent wrong model was specified ( i20 asta instead of i20 magna). i personally visit showroom thrice for correction , & result was that I was given endorsement on A4 size paper printed at showroom showing insurance policy of my car(i know insurance policies are always provided on insurance company’s specific format not on A4 size white paper ). I did not initialize any action against dealer because it may harm Hyundai's image.
4. Even after continuous reminders from last one year neither company nor dealer helping me in installation of Fog Lamps... Answer is Hyundai doesn’t manufacture i20 Magna Fog Lamps.
What the hell is this Company can produce a car, make a provision for Fog Lamps, but unable to manufacture Fog Lamps. Whenever I ask for Fog Lamps a Loli Pop has been given by dealer that, we will see your problem but if you get these fitted from open market all ur electrical warranty will vanish.
5. Last but not least, we in society have 70 to 75 cars those travels 100 to 120 KMS, daily on National Highways. Only single one mine is from Hyundai all others are from Tata & Maruti etc. None of car gets punctured once in two weeks but [B]brand (i20 magna) with tubeless tires gets punctured twice a week on National Highways.
Due to non reliability of tyres or may be due to poor quality of tyres I purchased a air filling pump as I can’t believe on tyres. In maximum punctures no nail or other puncturing material was found. .
This is not happening in single tyre but in all four tyres, every week there is a new punctures small or double & punctures leakage. at the start of problem car was in first 10000 kms... & it has visited puncture repair shop 50 times more that its visit to showroom.
Tyres configuration is (Apollo Acelere Steel Radial 175/70 R14 84H DOT 8F HR, DA-5144, CA-4195 MK43).
yesterday on the request of dealer , i was sent to manimazra for detailed inspection of tyres... but it was very amazing that the person who inspect the tyres does not have a single equipment to open the tyres & there was no checking material ( a boy was present their named sushil). after wasting three hours in moving here & there i was given a fake claim Rejection Report.
these incidents have made me very upset & now i want to sue both the dealer & Apollo in consumer forum.
Hope you people will also avoid Joshi Automobiles in Punjab & Chandigarh.
