Dear Sir,

Please be informed that I had purchased a Chevrolet Spark LT Model Car from your showroom in January 2009 with full load optional except Air Back. It was fitted with alloy Wheel, which got rusted out in just 1 ½ years of usage. When normal wheels are lasting for minimum 5 years, this alloy wheel lasted for just 1 ½ years. Kindly clarify.

They took 15 days to replace the damaged rear door with a new one. When they take 15 days just for fixing up a new door, how long will they take for attending major repairs?
