Sir,

I would like to place before you my problems that i am facing due to the poor service and careless demeanure of the dealers of FIAT Agencies of chandigarh, Mohali and Patiala. My car needs to get the defected bearing replaced in time.its been oone month that i am not able to get the required spare part because its not available with them.Its been approximately one month that I consulted Mohali ,Patiala and agencies for the replacement of the faulty part but i have neither received the spare part nor any satifactory response from the related dealers.The dealers are procraspinating it since 7 days this callous behaviour of the dealers is really disappointing and apprantely it can take it all on the performance of the vehicle.This problem has arisen while my car is in warranty period.My efforts to contact the higher authorities via company helpline too went in vein as i failed to get a solution here too. I therefore request to look into the matter at the earliest as the delay in fixing the problem can put vehicle's performance and life on the receiving end.
