Dear sir/ mam

i had purchased a battery ns 40 jet with sr. No. 131820 on 28th sept '08 from pradeep batteries & auto electricals at c - 2/9, community centre,pragati market, ashok vihar, ph - ii, nd - 52. It's contact no.s are 27412240, 27141695, 65494683, 9811594062.
The battery started giving problems & my car didn't start, when i tried it with another battery their was no problem.so i went to the dealer (pradeep batteries) on 6th mar '10 & asked for a replacement as it was well within guarantee period. He didn't agree & said that the battery is discharged & will be ok once it is charged.on 13th when i took back the battery & started my car it again didn't start, one of the worker at the dealer's shop was a verdict to it. That day i had to go out of station so i couldn't meet the dealer.
When i again went to the dealer on 4th apr '10 & asked for a replacement , he again didn't agree & said to complain to the company (manufacturer) & say that the dealer is not replacing the battery.he has again taken my battery for charging.
Kindly look into the matter & get my battery replaced as i am facing a hell lot of problems because of it.
I am imposing charges of intentional harrashment of customer & befooling the customer.
Take prompt action in this regard & oblige.
