Product Defect on TATA INDIGO MANZA brand NEW car.
Hi Consumer court; My complain is regarding the my Newly purchased TATA INDIGO MANZA Aura ABS car on 22nd April 2010. I have alreday visited the service station with product related issue for more than 6 time as of now in a span of two months. Issues faced by me in the my car are: 1. Rear both suspension are faulty which needs replacement. 2. Steering signal cut out switch for right side is not functioning as expected which needs replacement. This issues were identified on day two istself when i have purchased my car. Till date none of this issue are been addressed. Also please refer the below mail transaction which i have initiated with TATA motors's Manu Sethumadhavan - Manager-Customer Support. Still i am struggling to get all issue addressed after rigrously following up since last two months. Dear Sir,
I have purchased my new TATA MANZA AURA on the 5th of Nov. From Mechmen Motors, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal. I saw a crack on the Driver side, top corner of the front windshield, on the 25th of Nov. I was very disturbed by the fact that despite no accident whatsoever, with no scratch anywhere a crack appears on the windshield. I saw the Works manager of the Mechmen Motors service centre from where I purchased the vehicle. He seems to convince me that such a crack is a common affair and that I need to make an insurance claim and get the glass changed. I am not convinced that such a thing is actually so simple. He tells me that a lorry carrying gravel could be the reason for such a crack. He says I gravel can hit the wind sheild and can cause the crack. I have purchased tata manza and my vechile no is tn64 821 in my fathers name
i have recomended 7 of my friends to buy and they did dispite all this my dealer aras pvt lts did not give me the colour i wanted, did not deliver the vechile on date, now i have done 19000 km and i have also oil serviced the vehicle. on 29/12/2010 on a highway my car suddenly stopped and i could not start it again i called the help line and they took my vehicle to aras and till date i have not received my vehicle and they are not responding. now my friends are moking at me and my vehicle now i wanted to buy a small vehicle at first i thought of buying vista but now no chance if i dont get a proper answer then i may have to go to the press and consumer court with bad regards s.venkatesh 9443036411 |
