Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Vinay.D.C acting on behalf of D.S Chandrasheka(#44/181, Vinayaka krupa, Jaynagar 3rd Cross, Karnataka, Shimoga-577201) own a Skoda Laura( Laurin and Klement with automatic transmission) in the name of company M/S Shanthala spherocast Pvt.Ltd and the registration number is KA -14 M-4500.
Car is 2 years and 6 months old.
I had some issues with the door latch and the air conditioning system of the car. Though the car is out of warranty,( Warranty period- 2 years) company agreed to repair air conditioning system of the car for free of cost.
But the company has burdened me with the cost of service. Also the door latch of the car has failed with no reason. I had formally requested the company to consider the same as it has done for th AC system.
But the company rejected for my request for free replacement of door latch with no good reason. And the company is not giving back the money that has been paid for the service. Please note that it has coasted around IRS 16000 for me.
I have contacted on this issue with Skoda head office(Czech Republic), neither the Head office nor Skoda- India is replying for my E-mails or for my phone calls. I have tried to contact the company through the customer helpline , all the executives there don't care about my complaints and just throw all the issues to dustbin as soon as i disconnect the call. I personally feel the company knows these issues but its trying to avoid me.
Am really fed up with the company and its service towards the customer. This issue is pending from past 1 month or so. These kind of issues are frustrating and annoying for a customer.
Please take the necessary actions and guide me how to go through this hardship.
