I have serviced by motorbike at rajiv automobiles, 100 ft. road, shahdara. They have charged Rs 100 as insurance document charges at the time of delivery of bike. My insurance claim has not been received till yet. I had paid the bill on 7th august 2011. Also some parts of my motorbike were replaced at rajiv automobiles. i had complained many times to manager of the service centre but he is not interested in entertaining my requests.
