Sir,
In reference to above subject kindly note that it has forced me to put on paper my complaint regarding service of my car no: UP80 BF 0528.
Sir, I have sent my car for 40,000 K.M. service in which I have in formed your local Agra service centre “Malwa Vehicles Pvt. Ltd.” For
(a) Over-all service
(b) Regarding suspension
(c) Front Car Glass to be stuck.
It is really sorry to inform you that service provided by your local service centre is very poor. When my car reached home after service it was noted that both the front tyres were cut because alignment was not done at service centre.
More-over when it was informed to service centre they answered that alignment does not come under suspension so we have not checked alignment of car.
I asked about the toll free no: of ford fiesta office they didn’t provide.
Also regarding Front Glass to be stuck which I think takes few hour but they said it will take three days.
So you can very well understand what kind of service is being provided by your service centre.
Please note that my faith in ford is shaken. Because I too have ford figo and I have to deal with same service centre which will be really painful.
