I consider my self as part of the honda family. We have been a part this family for over 15 years now. Our car no. DL 4C NC 1332 met with an accident and without any second thought we towed the car to one of your Honda Dealers which is Sugoi Motors Pvt. Ltd. workshop at 27A, Shivaji Marg, New Delhi
We handed over the car to Mr Ashok (9911344924) who after examining the car estimated the amount to be around Rs70000 - Rs80000. Our contribution around Rs18000-Rs20000 as written on the service check sheet. It has been 37 days now since we have given our car to Mr. Ashok who is still calling us on a daily basis and telling us the other parts which are needed to be replaced. After every week a different estimate for the car is being given by Mr. Ashok is this the routine and how it is done. They have now told us that the amount has gone up to Rs.180000. In the car near the brake there is a part by the name of "Caliber" which Mr. Ashok is saying needs to be replaced with the new one but the insurance company says there are 3 more parts before this part which would have also been damaged before damaging this part. We feel that at Sugoi Motors our car parts are being replaced with parts of other cars.

You are requested to look into this matter immediately and arrange for the delivery of the vehicle at the earliest.
