Hello sir,

this has reference to my spark car registration number:up 78 by 5031.
I gave my car for normal routine check and alignment , after i received my car i found the lpg button with the hole system of it was missing , i called the service station and spoke to miss reema who was on reception and book cars for servicing , when i complained her she reverted saying that my car was given to them in the same state, i was very shocked at this statement of hers.

Nevertheless i told her that i would not lie for such a thing and we have many cars from the same company and they may check past records if we ever gave false complaints and such system cant be removed without a technical individuals involvement.but she refused to help me and this is the second time they made me suffer.

I would want the consumer court to take strict action such irresponsible management and cheating people like this.
