5th of march i have purchased used maruti 800 car from M/s sagar Auto consultants, #374, 2nd stage, 2nd phase, WOC road, Bangalore 86. where as agreed to pay 1,43,000.00 for purchase of M800 car- Model 2004 september. odometer shows 22500 kms. colour blood red.

Mr.Rajanna - propriter of Sagar auto agreed to transfer ownership ( with smart card)and handover of RC book, Original insurance, 2 keys & Service manuals.

From day 1 of 5th march to 20th april without transfer of ownership, he made me to run around to his office for more than 20 times. and finally ths was done on 20th april.

Till date, no keys / service manual / smart card have handover to me. and says nothing can be gven.

Today 10.05.10 i have left my car to Service with M/s RNS motors and came to know that car is runned for more than 1 lakh kms and where as Mr.Rajanna said car is runned for only 22500 kms.

because of this i'm very much depressed and cheated by Mr.Rajanna of Sagar consultant.

i request to help in re-place of car or compensastion for the same + service manual & keys.
