I am a proud customer of Hyudai but very much frustated with the service i am getting from Lagoon Motors Pvt Ltd Bhagalpur Bihar.
I met a accident on 25th of June this year in Barh while returning back from Patna after attending official meeting.
I did not got any support from Lagoon Motors to bring my car back to Bhagalpur Even when any how i brought my accidented car in a truck then they told me to make my own arrangement to unload the vehicle. Anyway anyhow the vehicle unloaded in their workshop.
They have taken many days approx 1 and half month to make the estimate. and the quality which they serves is very much poor. these type of service does not suits to such a big and reputed company. These idiots are just killing the heroic image of Hyundai.
I think i have done a major mistake to bring the car to bhagalpur instead of patna. i thought i will get better service in my home town but i was wrong.
I am paying the EMI to bank and hireing the car for my needs.
Why i will suffer such a long time??
I can Wait few more months but they even dont know how to convience a frustated customer they must learn either to work or convience. but they dont know anything. They shoutes on me if i ask for quality.
I am not talking about any individual, whole team is culprit.
