Sub- Complaint against Maruti SUZUKI Dealer SB cars Kanpur -Uttar pradesh

I have purchased a car- Maruti Swift Dzire VDI (White colour) on 19-11-2010 ( Allot No.- 2806-000082, Engine no-1505491, Chasis number-315898). I was promised to get the registration within in one week after deleivery of car but till today date we have not received any commitment from dealer side. They just do false promises and never reply to our phone calls. .Mr Ashish singh from SB cars+919044518900 is our deleivery manager.
Please look into the matter as urgent issue.
