i, dr. eshan gupta, resident of agra, U.P., owner of tata indica xeta, want to acknowledge you, that siyaram motors(authorised tata dealer in agra) came to my home and gave me a promotional service V.I.P. card worth rupees 500 and promised me to get my car service, washing, wheel alignment to be done under this scheme. but now they are not doing their job, abusing me. i have to go other shops for wheel alignment, washing and servicing of my car. they refused to do so. there are some other problems with that card which they didnt tell me at the time at the time of purchase of that vip card. now i am felt cheated. they are doing deeds which is against the giant image of tata. kindly interfere and sort out the problem. my contact no. is 9219663731, 0898097583. i will be very grateful.

I bought my new Tata Indica Vista Quadrajet for first free service to siyaram motors agra...There i told my problems related to car. My car's made a clutch noise during gear change and my head lamps are also not working..The service advisor has written these problems in a job card...The service advisor has no knowledge abt the car...And after being serviced the problems are not sought out and they also charged 215 rupees for a little spray that they put on my battery electrodes...When I told that the problems are not sought out the advisor said that our head mechanic has gone to Vaishno Devi and will come after 12 days and after 12 days u bring ur car....I want to know that there is only one mechanic in their service centre.The condition of siyaram motors is very poor....Tata Motors should take some action amongst them...My car number is UP- 80- BQ -3918.
