I have had my Airtel with a credit of over Rs 400/ disappear in a Year to 3rd of Oct 2011 while on
international roaming. During this 1yr I have only sent one txt to keep my service.
This all happened with the Airtel Call Manager service which I've never asked or used.
I have sent them emails to this effect but no positive response.
Airtel are not being helpful at all in this respect.
HOW can I stop this unwanted service. I've found the hard way that it is being charged
for by loosing credit from my Mobile, but not from AIRTEL itself even when I asked them about it.
