I went to the srinathji Tata motors sahibabad opp to wave cinemas on 22nd december 2011 for the renewal of the insurance of our car.There we had to wait for the insurance guy,we were having a look at their newly launced TATA NANO 2012 model they insisted us for having a test drive and we agreed(I was there with my husband Mr Rajesh K Sharma)the gate pass and all the formalities were done and we were accompained by two of their employees 1.Mr Vipin Kumar 2.A Driver.On our way we were just on the second gear and the car didnt even picked up the speed by the time we met with an accident by a truck.the test drive Nano car was damaged on its front portion i do have the pics saved by me.then we were taken back to the show room,then they asked for my husbands licence and were very rude to us and in a mean while we came to know that they have actually ceased my husbands licence..they asked us to give mr.sharmas licence just to show tata motors that a customer was driving but then ceased the licence.later on we were taken to the vice presidents office where we met with Mr.gulati who was a Manager and was sitting in VP's office he charged 20,000 rs on us claimimg that the damage was done by us..on our debate we said that it was a test drive car and the accident was not our fault but the truck driver's,and they siezed our licence by telling us a lie that its just a small formality.but they turned to be rude and were frighting us with loud voice and not giving us the licence,he even said dont insist on showing me what i can do...we were charged 20,000 just on the estimation cost it was not the final cost of the repairing..but my point is why should we pay when they insisted us for the test drive?????why did they lie to us and siezed the licence?and finally we ended up in paying 7000rs..we do have the receipt and the estimation copy with us..please look into this complaint seriously as we were cheated on wrong thing and were frighten on that suitation by them..hope for a early reply and justice..

Dear Sir,


I had booked a flat with Arundev builders and i was promised that the possession will be given in three years but even after 4 years, even the construction has not started.

After that i had applied for refund of my application no. 63845 (Bhiwadi Project) but its been 5 months and i have not received any kind of reply from them.

There are many other customers who have been cheated in the same way.

Pls help us get our monet.


i hope you will understand the gravity of my problem and act accordingly.
