This is in regards to a car booking that I booked with the above mentioned company for an Alt
O LXI. Unfortunately my loan was not approved by the bank. I was asked to pay the booking amount of INR 5000. This was done in the month of April. And now its july, they are not refunding the money. The on 7th july, they gave me a cheque of INR 5000, I deposited the cheque on 18the july, the next day I got a call from the bank that since the signatures are not matching on the cheque, the cheque has been dis honoured. I mean is this some kind of joke going on???
