Well i am a DIE HARD FAN of FIAT in INDIA.In my family my parents planned to buy suzuki swift in the beginning and in fact we had paid the booking money also.But due to the delay and unexpected schedules of the delivery my parents got fed up.So i got the golden opportunity to suggest my parents for FIAT car.I new that technically the engine of FIAT PUNTO was the same as swift.So i told my parents that its the best in its class and the build and finish is also superior.So finally very hardly i convinced my parents to go for FIAT PUNTO, after they saw the vehicle they got impressed with its design and finish.So we decided to book the car in the nearest TATA-FIAT dealership and booked it in the MANICKBAG automobiles pvt.ltd vidyanagar, Hubli.ph.no 0836-2374535 and 0836-2372486- fax-0836-2374069.We booked PUNTO on 04-11-2010 at 11 o" clock in the morning.As per the commitments of the dealer our vehicle was supposed to come on 12-11-2010,but it did not come on that day.We were all ready with the complete family to welcome the FAIT-PUNTO to our family and we were filled with tons and tons of happiness that our family will have a FIAT CAR as it was long dream of my father to own a FIAT-CAR.But we did not get the delivery on the said date.When we asked the dealer with the same tons and tons of disappointed mood the TATA-FIAT dealer told it was not at all dispatched from the plant in ranjangoan even though the vehicle was booked and billed.When we seriously fired the dealer people for not giving the vehicle on the expected date ,they told the actual fact that the issue is with the transporter of the FIAT-COMPANY in ranjangoan and as per the feedbacks it seems this issue was their since quite long time and nobody seems to be serious on these issues even though they were very crucial issues for companies brand image.In fact they showed the bunch of cancelled FIAT CARS bookings for not delivering at the committed time due to the major transit issues (TRANSIT COMPANY NAME - KISHORE TRANSPORT ).These issues led to the major disappointment and major traumatic conditions in my family and complete unhappiness in the family. Psychologically we had bad impact of all these issues.
So my parents decided to cancel the booking and not to buy any car in future by seeing all these worst issues.But i insisted my parents to be patient and wait for 3 more days as per the commitment of the dealer.In fact the dealer gave me commitment by approaching the divisional heads of the TATA-FIAT INDIA.He gave me commitment on 12-11-2010 that he will deliver our car right just after 3 days .i.e on 15-11-2010.Even i spoke to the south INDIA FIAT-TATA head about the delivery of my car and he also promised us that it will be delivered on 15-11-2010. When we had consistent follow up with the dealer and the south India head , we got the car on 15-11-2010.Just imagine what was the next most embarrassing situation for our family, which was very eager to receive the new car delivery.Yes it was the most shocking for us, we been given an vehicle which met with an major accident on the left hand side with left hand side fender damaged and repainted.It also went major replacements like left hand side half shaft,Air conditioner radiator fins and tubes damaged.What not if you ask me,all major damages. We came to know about these issues when i insisted the dealership people to put it on ramp.Just imagine what was my family condition and effect on their emotions and feelings , when they came to know about all these facts that we were cheated by company and dealership too by delivering a most eagerly awaited car with all these defects and complaints.Very next moment my parents lost HOPE AND BELIEF in FIAT-TATA for doing this kind of cheating,so insensibly.So after this we had to reverse all the transactions with hell lot of bad experiences and unhappiness.We were in so much dilemma that weather we should believe the company or not.I AM WRITING THIS COMPLAINT WITH BROKEN HEART AND TEARS IN MY EYES.
I tried to contact the FIAT INDIA HEAD OF OPERATIONS ,but i was unable due to insufficient information about the same.I demanded the details in the dealerships ,but no one is aware of the details.So I found the international website contact address.I am sincerely asking your support in reaching the FIAT OFFICIAL for conveying my message to them.I hope you will understand the feelings of customers and take every single and valuable customers seriously.
I hope you will understand the seriousness of my hard work behind in contacting the international level executives as this is not solved and cared in the national level and no one is bothered about all the above issues.There are hell lot of complaints as mine in the grass root level in market ,which i came to know after lot of research.If this mail and communication is not taken seriously i will be moving to consumer rights.It is the last option left for me.So let me decide the same over your response and actions.

Finally we did not lost hope – no its not hope it’s the adorableness and love towards FIAT AND ITS PRODUCTS ,which still made us to wait for the delivery of new vehicle in next promised dates. But we are not so enthusiastic and happy after all these heart braking and embarrassing incidents to be frank.
