Sub:Laking of full facility/FAILURE IN COMMITMENT at authorized service center of tata motors sanghi brothers(indore)pvt. ltd. ,ujjain(mp).

I am writing to you after frustration and inform you with pain.

I had given my car(Indica vista) to sanghi brothers(indore)pvt. ltd. ,ujjain(mp)

for maintainance (3 rd free Service)dated 8 oct 2011. Actually the showroom has not fully equipped with necessary/primary facility like wheel alignment/primary spare parts etc.also sanghi brothers(indore)pvt. ltd. ,ujjain(mp) sold me a 2 year service card worth rs 1000/- in which mention so many coupans for offers like wheel alignment. but service center has no this kind of facility.



for service point of view of tata motors commitment It is really ridiculous and shameful.

tata motors should look into it about their servicing partners and the quality of service being provided, as we pay a big amount to get the services.I am highly dissatisfied with your service .
