I am 10 years old TATA loyal customer and using 3 tata indica .1 indico and 1 nano using for personal purpose/Recently i had purchased a Indigo CS from BRIJLEX motors varanasi just 2 months back and from the 2nd day of purchase major trouble/fault started showing check engine and after showing to service centre of vns(Brijlex motors)they adjusted & said black smoke ejecting from silencer is a common trouble in new coming indigo CS,it happens 3-4 times and they checkd all the time saying its ok,but yesterday 11.09.2010 check eng showing with black smoke with heavy NOISE in ENGNE part and ignition problem arises.In this vehicle rite from the first day so many problems like wiper motor was not working which was not yet sorted out saying unavailibility of part till date,power window is not working properly,noise was coming interiorly.Major prob was with engine which started just in few km.Is this a kind of trouble & service of a brand new vehicle expect from a brand like TATA MOTORS.i am a highly unsatisfied customer of your brand and planning to switch to another brand.Kindly Replace my vehicle and provide me a permanent solution for the same otherwise i will b force to go to consumer forum and complaint to CHAIRMAN of TATA.Waiting for your response.

I got my new Scooty Streak on 18-03-2010.Within a month of purchase,I started facing Starting Problem and Blockage in vehicle.I've said to the Service Centre in all the services and in september month,most of the days vehicle was in service center rather in my home.Lot inconvieniences caused due to this 2 wheeler.Now atlast,they have found its manufacturing defect and they are refusing to replace the bike. Should the consumer face the losses caused due to manufacturing defect?Also the dealer and the TVS company are not responding properly. I need my Streak to be replaced now. Kindly provide me a solution by replacing the vehicle so as to provide me a permanent solutionfor the same otherwise I will be forced to go consumer court. Waiting for ur good response.
