I took delivery of a new Tata Indica Vista on 16th August 2010 from Fortune Car, Thane. On 28th August 2010 at 7 pm, to save a littile boy in side my society, my driver took a sudden right turn and car went into a ditch of 15' x 15' which was full of water. Due to the new construction site, a crane was available at the time and car was rescued with 30 minutes. The car was delivered to service station on 30th August 2010; since then, the service centre is not able to provide any definite information about the repairs of the car. Every week, service station is telling me new story about the repair and repalcing various parts of the car. Yesterday, they informed me that engine of the car is not working and they need to replace the engine. They are not able to provide right information about the expenses to be borne by insurance.
