My car met with an accident on 26 Aug 2011.
After the accident i took it to Tata Authorized dealer in Fatorda, Goa.
They told me it will take 2 months to repair as they have cars pending repairs.
Since there were no sheds and the rear glass was broken, i brought
the car back home. After a month later they asked me to get the car as the
repairs can be done then. But no repairs have started till now its 3 months
since. I lodged a complaint in the customer care and talked to their sales manager.
They are not doing anything about it. The Tata motors people are unwilling to help.
