This complaint is against India's worst automobile company- TATA and its even worst dealer OBEROI CARS Noida.

I have purchased an Indigo MANZA (aura Q-jet) in march 2011 from Oberoi cars,Noida.
Since day one the car has few problems like Engine missing at a speed range from 80 to 100 Kms and Left Side Pulling. I was told by dealer then that these are very minor issues and will be rectified. People at Oberoi cars has done several wheel alignments for Left Side Pulling of car and engine work in last six months but have faild to provide any remedy for these problems. Even Senior Managers of TATA (Gurgaon) like Mr. Sarvotham bhagvan(Reg Head) and other technicians of TATA plantn assured me for complete and satisfactory solution of faults in the car. They have tried any thing and every thing in their level of intelligence but have failed to address the problems. This foul play is going on for last six months.Now they are even trying to deny the existence of faults in the car and has stopped responding to any of my complaint or mail. My car is well within the warranty period and i am asking for the replacement of this faulty unit but neither car dealer nor TATA as a company is responding.
I need advice how to tackel with these kind of stubborn people.
