Dear Sir,

I have purchased Tata Indigo Manza Aura in July 2010 from AUTO POINT. I am from Surat, Gujarat.

From the very first month i faced problem with front suspensions, wipers and my headlight switch. I complained about these things when i gave my car for first service. But nothing was attend by then when i receive the car. As service station is far from my place i don't find time to go there soon. I mentioned same things when i receive call from tata motors regarding first service satisfaction report.
Within 3 months when i completed 5000km i gave my car again and mentioned all three problems again strictly. I did trial after getting my car with serviceman. It was looking 80% alright with my suspension. As my most priority is with suspension problem. They have solved my problem of headlight switch.

But within 15days it started sounding same. Whenever i passed over a bump or my car gets jerk my suspensions sound like i am driving any 10 year old car.Its really embracing while passing someone on bump and they keep staring towards us when noise comes. I still have problem with wipers. And just before 15days noise started coming from my front left door while opening it. It sounds like tuk...tuk..

I don't know being a leading car manufacturer how company can make such a poor grade car with wonderful outside looks only. It seems like parts purchaser are taking big money in their pocket and taking supply of poor quality products for car.

Really i am very much disappointed. I have just today started a group on my facebook named " ONE CAN NEVER BYE TATA CAR SECOND TIME IN LIFE:

Please solve my problem. I am really feeling very very bad.....I really have lots of respect for TATA brand but i don't know for how long i will keep it.
