Once again I got my car in the worst condition. Fault still stands there. Even that was tough part to get my car back with lot of harassment. Mr Atul – MD and Mr Yogesh- GM are the more irresponsible
people in the system who sound helpless infront of their technicians. Auto Link, Vasantkunj, Delhi is one of the night mare for customers and spread bad taste against TATA services.
First time car went for servicing………….second time again care went for correct the mistakes now THIRD time again they are asking me to get my car in the same center.
Today got call twice from a lady from reception , she said that we would like to pick your car tomorrow.
I requested her both the time that pls connect me with some responsible person as I cant allow you to pick my car. Still NO ACTION.
I have very much BITTER EXPERIENCE with their service station even here people don’t even listen to their senior Managers. Every other guy is a MD of the auto link. No control even at the level of Atul & Yogesh.
Mr Yogesh is all times come out with the sweet words with ZERO EXECUTION.
This time they returned my car with the additional fault- Display of milege/time is not working. Inspite of USB fault which is lying unresolved from long time.
Please advice and arrange some other Reliable service center. I have already registered this case in consumer court. This is a case of continuous harassment , am a patient of high
Blood preasure, all time it raises on higher side , so case against health and my money.

With all hope finally I thought to put my concerns in words as I have been keep on facing harassment from your authorized service stations in Delhi..
# I have bought this car on Sep 9,2010 from Delhi
# I have gone to "AUTO LINK ENTERPRISES (I) Pvt LTD, Vasantkunj, Delhi for my FIRST servicing as well as with the complaint of leakage of cool ant from Coolant box.
Work was totally NOT SATISFACTORY even after that I got multiple problem in my car as Noise in front SHOCKERS ( which is still present) and another was connection problem in lighting both interior & exterior........any how I got back to other service station " PAWA"and even they did not cure the problem and continue with the same
# During my second servicing I called your other authorized dealer "VIVEK AUTO- Mathura Road, Delhi" to pick my car from my residence for servicing. They have sent the driver who was one of the rash driver in that station ( which come to my notice at the end) . He meet with accident and there was a BIG DENT on the left side near petrol tank. They managed to perform denting and painting and called me that your car is ready. With my utter surprise that work for something like road side work and the clear demarcation b/w colour was seen even there were 3-4 witness of that service station only who admitted. Than again they performed the same ( I wasted 3-4 days) and handed over my vehicle with the same previous problem SHOKERS NOISE and said this is IN BORN PROBLEM in this car.....
# Now this time I again went to "AUTO LINK ENTERPRISES (I) Pvt LTD" for my third servicing with the complaint of same SHOCKERS and in add USB port not working/seat belt memory lost and the poor mileage.
Out come again very pathetic and now am fully convinced and advised you to shut their doors asap as they are meant of Rickshaw and cycle repairing.
I got a call at 5 pm that your car is ready, I said ok I will reach there at 6-6.15. I reached there when there were just 2 guards/One cashier and 2 drivers present . Initially they were striving to locate my car. In b/w I made the payment of 4500 INR as they advised for SYNTHETIC engine oil and other things which were recommended as MUST after 10000 km.
Finally they locate my car once again with my utter surprise car was not cleaned & washed......lot of dirty clothes and some oil bottles were lying inside the card ....that was real mess and no body was there to even listen my complaint. I was with my son and planned to pick a car and proceed to party in one of the best hotel. That condition of the car ruin everything. Payment has been already done before seeing the condition.
SHOCKERS NOICE is still there / USB port is still not working / Seat belt still not adjusted.
I challenge that even they would have not changed the other expensive things for which payment was made.
Who the hell these guys , they should be send to jail for harassment .Today they sent one letter stated that we are offering you free car cleaning and washing .They are real DUMB where forget to cure the problems they create problems from their end.. Most of the times they are lacking with spare parts and said our indent are lying in Pune you come next week.
I was a customer for MARUTI since 1992 and was highly satisfied with their service part. One advice-" Do you know why Maruti is leading in automobile industry....not because of their high quality of car" the simple thing they believe in "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION"....this word is now days the only power behind any industry to grow and shifted them from Red ocean to Blue ocean which further makes big difference.
First time I converted into TATA and during my 9 months of experience I become the TRUE NEGATIVE ambassador for Tata.. Never advise any body and even change someone thought to go for Tata.
Finally I have taken decision to move to Consumer Court with this EXTENDED harassment. My problem in car are still not RESOLVED and in addition they gifted me denting and painting in new care which will definitely give impact on RE sale.
I am trying to approach some senior manager from TATA to further make them to take corrective action and kick out these THIEFS like AUTO LINK and VIVEL AUTO, specially AUTO LINK
Waiting for immediate action till next week, else will move to Court. Believe me I will create big hype as half of my family members are lawyers and in media. If things don't turn in my favour than I will definitely get back my 585000 INR against car and further sum for my mental harassment.
