Hi,

I have purchased Indica Vista Terra on 9th of November 2009. There is a problem in Meter pointer, it stops working once it crosses 20km/hr speed. And it remains there.

I complaint about this in all my free services till now, but the dealer (DALTA Services, Sector - 56, Gurgaon, Haryana)did not bother about this. I have also a copy of JOB Card.

I called them several times but they said same thing once the part will come we will call you back. But they never called me.

I also come to know from some sources that it is a manufacture problem which exists in all Tata Indica Vista.

I do not know what to do with this and where to go.

I had purchased a Tata Safari on 21st of December 2009 from AutoFin dealer at bowenpally secunderabad.As my vechile was given for servicing apart from that it also had lots of manufacturing defects in it, even on my repeatedly request the problems are not been solved every time there is new engineer or tech at my place and i have explain them from th start .

I have also complaint about this matter to the MD of the showroom Mr.Varun Jain the last time he had promised me that he will take personal intrest in this matter and get things resolved , this wasthe 5th time i gave my vechile for resolving the same problem but no things are lying in the same manner .

Sir i request you to take necessary action regarding this issue because i dont want any other person to suffer as iam
