i want to draw your kind attention that a have visited t.c motors pvt limited(tata motors dealer) for service of car indigo manza wb12b7300 because i had a accident of my car on 16 ,i was repeatedly informed them of my brake problem that my car was having but they didnt solved it after that on 17 they took my car for denting painting of cars front bumper and other works relating to mechanical issues after ten day with lots of conversation and complaints i was given the car back which was still having all the same mechanical problem and the was car was completely dirty from inside (which was not dirty when i gave the car),when i informed the body shop manger he said there is extra charge for it which is 1400 rupee there they have already charged me 30000 rupee for the works done after that also they want 1400 more for cleaning where it was there fault that the car was kept unattainted for 10 days .secondly they charged me 1700 rupees for some type of filing in the car tyres and they guaranteed me that there will be no punchers at all but it happened to two of the tyres now when send my car to them then they said they can help it there tie-up is no more in that case i need the payment back and i want a action against them and i want rs 10000 refund from them which i paid as difference between the workshop bill and insurance claim which i have paid to them due to negligence of there work and what compensation they can give for my life risk which was there in the accident due to not responding to the problems.they billed me and changed so many thinks without even asking me.i want the clarification and refunds.i complainted to tata motors so many time with complaint number-1-15022331341/0371,i am still facing same problem from the service center.
