Subject:Replacement of the defective engine of school vehicle.
Dear sirs
This school purchased a school vehicle from your authorised dealer Express Engineering ,Rohtak,Haryana on 19.03.2002.From the day of the purchase the vehicle was showing different defects,Its senser was showing red light saying defect in engine.Its breaks were fail within 2 days.The vehicle was carried to the dealer from Nangal Choudhary to Rohtak-Express Engineering a distance of 170 km without brake at our own risk,our own expenditure from Nangal Choudhary to Rohtak.The brakes were repaired on 25.03.09 and at the same time PDI was done.No PDI was done before delivery of the vehicle. The body of the vehicle shown tear in back side upper parts.The metal sheet used was inferior quality and rusted.Its complaint was sent to you by registered post in appropriate dates.On17.04.2009 steering shown defect and started leaking.Engine was not showing pick up and power.It was taken to Sanghi Motors Narnaul, Haryana authorised dealer and was repaired to our dissatisfaction.
The vehicle was continuously taken to your authorised dealers at Narnaul.Haryana and Triveni Motors,Kaluhera.Kotputali,Rajasthan.
On 24.05.09 clutch started troubling and giving sound. Schools were closed on 25.05.2009 for summer vacations.In summer vacationst the vehicle was taken to Sanghi Motors Narnaul.They declared that the clutch plate and pressure plate of the vehicle failed while we were regularly getting the vehicle your service stations.They changed the parts on 16.06.2009 and charged Rs. 6600.00 as the price of the parts.This was a great shock to us.We paid full value of the vehicle and we were sold a defective vehicle.
The vehicle was not running to our satisfaction showin poor pick up and less power.The vehicle was timely serviced on01.08.09 and due to poor pik up and poor power delivery the vehicle was digonostically cheked at Triveni Motors,NH-8,Kaluhera,Kotputali,Rajasthan on 06.08.09 at authorised service stations. No remedy of the problem could be provided by the authorised Ser.Station-Triveni Motors.Only within 5 months of purchase vehicle stopped working.Anyhow vehicle was taken to Triveni Motors Kotputali,Rajasthan.They declared engine of the vehicle failed.Triveni Motors replced the engine in 10 days but no digonosis was done as why the engine failed.Pump was not cheked,radiator and cooling system was not cheked no any other part was cheked as why the problem occured again and again.We suffered very much in carrying the students monetarily,physically and mentally.It was mid of academic session and vehicle was giving us much trouble.
We were regularly getting the vehicle cheked at your AD-Triveni Motors at Kotputali.They handed over the vehicle to us and again problem occured.Vehcle was taken back to triveni Motors.Pick up and power delivery was again poor.We were just passing time with vehicle and using very less.We took vehicle to Authorised dealer 20.09.09 and 11.10.09.They at Triveni Motors did not record all troubles in the laptop.They did not do any check up saying that their Instrument-laptop was out of order.On 24.03.2010they serviced it.On 18.04.2010 they vehicle shown over heating and starting trouble.Vehicle was taken to Triveni Motors.On 02.05.2010 oil consumption and then again engine failure..In betwwen four three months Authorities at Triveni Motors told that their Laptop was out of order and could not detect the defect and from starting to last blinking of red light showing problem did not stop and your managers and engineers did nothing for that.
Now when Triveni Motors got back their Laptop In March2010,they declared back compression problem in the engine and called for the vehicle to bore and change the ring and piston only.
Sir,a defective and misfitted vehicle was delivered to us by your Authorised dealer Express Engineering,Rohtak,Haryana.Even its PDI was not done before delivery.Neither your engineers and mechanics diagonose the problem.
Now your managers and higher authorities are denying to replace the engine.Why should we be delivered a defective vehicle and now why shoud we take bored and repaired engine while we paid value for new one
So you are requested to to order to change the vehicle not to repair and bore it and make it second hand.
Your area manger has denied by email for repair of the defective body of the bus.See the attached email.
Sir we are already using Mahindra school bus,Force school bus.We have no problem by these vehicles for 15 years.We have been suffering and harassed by TATA vehicle and so much pain and agony .We could not take any advantage of the vehicle.Meanwhile complaints were lodged to customer care telephonically and registered letter also.
Sir now the vehicle is at Triveni Motors.Engineers of TATA Motors could not detect as why all problems occuring and they are trying to blame us for its cause.
We are recurringly asking them to test and digonose the root cause and replace the engine but they are completelly refusing for that.We have been harassed and sufeered so much mentally and physicly and financially.We could not take full advantage of the vehicle while we paid full value for the vehicle.
You are again and again requested either make my vehicle trouble or replace the vehicle by new one because we paid full value of a new defect free vehicle and schhol suffered so much all the due to the defective vehicle.
Your area manger has clearly refused for redresal of our grievance and refused replacing the engine,digonose of other parts and repair of the body.
Hope to solve our problem.

Present Complaint for one year and three months-Engine failur,replacement of engine,complete digonosee,cheking,digonostic testing and maintaining all different systems associated with engine as cooling system,thermostat,Pump,brake system,steering system and all,repair of body,maitenance of brakes,cheking clutch and maintaining clutch system and whole vehicle.
