we have purchased the car just five months , in this short time there
are 6 rusting spots which have been inspected and verified by your
inspectors at our residence in your garage this is shocking as the same
complaint is pending with your dealers and garage for more than 4 weeks
.The resolution offered is no where and repaint of the car with a 5000
cover of rusting for the car, this is appalling from the company of the
repute of TATA the behavior and dealings with your dealers has been
horrendous .please treat this urgently...we hereby seek help and quick
resolution lest we move to the consumer forum as the feelers from the
company is highly unsatisfying.,

They have failed to complete the request of Full paint of the car.... and pay the depreciation value...

They are not ready to give any resolution...adding to this the gear box is pathetic and has issues from start and Smell of petrol when the AC is on..... Please help me with this and close this for me.
