i have purchased a tata venture from fortune cars, thane. i had taken delivery on 3rd july 2011. the vehicle was defective at the time of delivery which was accepted in wirting by fortune cars. i was not taking the delivery but they said "pls take the vehicle as it is or we will charge rent on parking of vehicle as the vehicle is reg. in ur name, but we promise you all defects will be rectified on first free service" so i had taken the delivery.

Now on 8/08/2011 when i went to fortune cars, thane they made me wait for an hour then are telling " sir there are many cars for service here and we have only 2enginers it will take 3days to do ur car work" i have left my car there.

i request u to kindly take action against forune cars or i will file a suit in consumer forum.
