Default Tata Motors- Indica Vista Saffire

    Dear sir,
I had purchased Indica Vista Saffire(aura) (Petrol)in October 2009 at Allahabad from GP Motors.
    Registration No- UP 70 BB 4701, Engine no-310A6600-7010794, Chasis No-MAT 6112419PG57887.
I started facing brake problem in car from April month onwards, At slow speeds that between 0-15 the brake pedal becomes hard ( after applying brakes2-3 times)and car does not stops.
It has become absolutely difficult to drive car in traffic jams and also during parking. I am not sure about down hill driving as I have not driven car in such situation so far.
I had complained to work shop about the problem and taken the car to GP motors workshop at least 6-7 times now.( I had complained to their helpline as well both in telephone and net as well).
On first visit they said it is minor problem then have corrected it, but it was not so, when I again took it back they replaced brake oil( Charged for the Same) and said now it is rectified. on third visit they said there is a brake vacuum tube fault and they need to replace it, on fourth visit (on their call) they said that tube they have received is wrong one. They then again called me to get the photgraph of tube for which I refused to come and persuaded throuh Mr deepak Agarwal their incharge for Eastern Up to take the photograph at my residence only. ( All time wasting technique from Tata Motors).
After two week taking of photograph( After my vigorous follow up with their gur gaon Office (and Deepak Agarwal) I could take my car on 1st Sep to Work shop. They kept the car for two days and could not resolve the problem.( Again replaced Brake oil and charged for the same)
SOLUTION GIVEN- I should press my foot on accelarator pedal at to create vacuum at slow speed !!!!! by mechanic Rakesh, as told to Vibha Rani- CRM Manager. Deepak Agarwal refused to accept solution given, asks me todrive another saffire??? which they do not have in work shop. ( while Problem is in my car.)
My safety and other people safety is at stake in Road. I do not have any confidence in driving the car now.
Tata Motors is cheating Saffire owners as I have seen owners writing about the same problem in the net. They know about this brake problem in Saffie Petrol Version but are not doing anything about it and only harrasing their customers.
I would like you to take my case at earliest .

Even i face this problem, partically in bumper to bumper traffic with AC on. Once AC is switched off, brakes return to normal immediately. Reason i was given that during bumper to bumper traffic engine power is diverted to AC, which i think is wrong and brakes should be given the first priority. I would pick this up the service center during my 4th service that is due in next couple of days.

    Thanks,
    Amol
