Dear Madam/Sir,
I, PareshSL, resident of Ahmedabad is owner of Manza-Indigo with registration no. GJ-1-KC-4097. I bought this car through my company in mid February 2010. Since beginning this car has given lot of issues and all the efforts been made by TAC- M/s. Yash Motors-Nr. Narol Circle, Ahmedabad to fix them are in vein as it reoccurs very soon and there are reasons to believe that either Yash Motor is not capable to handle such issues or this car itself is designed with inferior quality of parts/assemblies or may be parts replaced by Yash Motors are not of enough/correct/original. I have tried to reach Tata company representatives but all the time Tata-Call centre has diverted my service requests to TAC and hence not able escalate my case to Tata Company. Following are two major irritating and repeating issues :
1. Radiator fan making lot of noise. This fan was not making any noise until it burnt almost 9 months back. Then I got it changed through ASPI Motors and it was fine. Then within 3-4 months, air conditioned stop working and learned that same fan again failed. I got it changed from Yash Motors and since then it is making “irritable” noise which was not there before until changed from Yash Motors. From Yash Motors point of view, “THIS IS STANDARD NOISE OF THIS CAR”.
2. Power Window : Except rear-right side, all three power window failed more than once. Even y’day front-left power window failed and rear-left is not able to control centrally even today.
Repairing of this car under warranty is of “no-sense” because all the time, I have spent heavily on time. This car has been in regular scheduled service from Yash Motors and you can verify records. Having paid in full all the times since beginning, the poorest service/parts support of this car has let me down all the times during timely need and hence request you following :
1. Fix these outstanding issue asap and extend warranty for additional 2 years without any cost to me.
2. Assurance of Tata Motors to take back this car and return all money paid for this car for purchase/services/repairs incase any of this issue reoccur in next six months time.
Even air condition of this car does not work properly since beginning and many a times been repaired by Yash Motors. Even plastic parts of this car of much inferior quality.
In case if I do not receive your feedback in next 48 hours, I shall escalate this issue to Consumer Forum at necessary level.
