I have bought a new tata safari dicor 2 months ago and from last three days I'm facing a rather unusual problem. My safari doesn't give proper engine performance when started after a long pause say 2 hours. The RPM doesn't exceeds 3000 and the vehicle also produces a hefty amount of black smoke and however this problem automatically resolves when the car is switched off and then switched on.
I personally went to URMIL MOTORS GHAZIABAD from where I've purchased this vehicle in the end of may. The service advisor there told me to leave the vehicle for further insepection as on 2nd of August 2011 and at 5 pm in the evening my vehi le was handed over to me and I was told that all your problems have been rectified. Today morning, that is 3rd of August 2011, I faced the very same problem thrice during 10 am to 4:30 pm and when I went to URMIL MOTORS GHAZIABAD they again asked me to leave the vehicle there overnight.
I am in utter despair that a 2 months old vehicle can show hideous amount of trouble then what will happen as the time will pass. I strongly offend MR. RATAN TATA and the whole TATA MOTORS and URMIL MOTORS GHAZIABAD for giving me a defective vehicle and not rectifying it.
This is a case of simple forgery with innocent customers and I seek proper action against TATA MOTORS.

My problem has for the time being been resolved by URMIL MOTORS GHAZIABAD. my car was rectified and handed over to me yesterday that is 4th of AUGUST 2011. I drove the vehicle today and felt satisfied with the repairs and I'm looking forward for the same level of satisfaction from my TATA SAFARI 2.2 VTT DICOR.
