Our company Nylon carpet mfg co india p ltd purchased a Tata Nano. The car was sold and delivered to us by Fortune Motors Nerul Navi Mumbai.
The car was having lots of problem and was attended by the service dept of Fortune Motors.However the performance of the car is not satisfactory at all. Last time it was sent for the fuel average per litre test. The company claims that it gives an average of 23kms per litre under standard driving test. We do not get even 11kms per litre. Apart from this long time problem issue , small problems keep coming every now and then. One fine morning we find that the wind screen has developed CRACK. Tata motors and its selling agent are not bothered to seriously look into the complaint.
