i have purchase tata safari EX model(reg no.-UP80BQ-6400) vehicle on august-2010 after purchase this vehicle. i m face roof ac problem missing problem. i m going many time in siyaram moter bye pass road agra. every time he repair but after one or two days i m face same problem. going many time those i m lost our time . when we go your authorized dealer he say u r purchasing this vehicle from ashok automobile agra so i m not responsible sort out your problem. i m also say many time in customer care but no response in those side. plz tell me what can i do. can i go in consumer court.
