This is regarding my Car (Tata Indigo Manza : DL9C-Z-1650) which I gave to the Techno Motors Service center (at Nagafgarh, New Delhi) in a good condition for the purpose of 3rd free service on 14/1/12 (appointment number: A140930 and Job number 11698).

And when I went to take the delivery of the Car on 15/1/12, I was asked to wait, since the car was being readied for delivery. After a long hour of wait, i was told by the Service Advisor that the car got damaged while they were bring it out to the delivery area within the service center.

I found that the tail light (driver's side), back fender and rear bumper were damaged. Tail light was completely broken, bumper had scratches and there were deep marks engraved in the back fender.

I brought this in notice of General Manager (Mr. Naveen Upadhyay) and he and the service advisor(Ravinder) accepted that the car was damaged by one of their staff members. However they refused to change the fender and the bumper and mentioned they are only going to do replace the tail light and do the denting /painting of the fender and the bumper and deliver the car.

I must say that I have kept my car in a perfect condition and there were no damages in the car apart from some minor scratches on the exteriors. It's my prized possession and i take a deep pride in driving it.

And this is not the only time that accident has happened, the same thing happened when I brought my car for the first service to Techno Motors and during the delivery, car met an accident (courtesy: Proficient drivers of Techno Motors) and during that time also the front fender, bumper, fog lamps, front grill, bonnet has to be replaced.

These repeat accidents by Techno Motors has left me in a deep agony and mental stress and I wonder how company is surviving with a bunch of untrained so called professionals.

Although company has agreed to do the denting and painting, but the car has been damaged badly and even after the repair work, the marks will be visible on the body and can be detected easily and this will lead to high depreciation in the resale value of the car.

The point which I want to make is that the Car must be returned in a Pre-damaged condition. No matter if company has to pay for the cost of the fender and bumper. And Techno Motors should compensate by paying for my loss.
