I HAD PURCHASE MONROE SHOCK-UP 2 FRONT & 2 REAR WHICH HAS FAULTY Part Which i had ask to replace or refund to Mr. ASHOKA Tripathi (Tenneco) ,He Denied by saying once replaced part will not be replaced ,even its faulty ,state away he is hands up ,we are not responsible, for product you do what you want.
I have tax bill for the product, and had checked the faulty part from TATA Authorized workshop at Fortune cars pvt ltd, powai, Mumbai. They mention about the faulty part in the service report
this kind of poor service was not expected from Tenneco India
