I Had Purchased a Suv Toyota INNOVA.From Dealer Topsel Toyota.Unfortunately It Met An Accident and Was Reported for Repairing On 28th Aug 09.But After Several Visit To the Workshop The Vehicle Was Still Not Completed For Delivery Till Feb 10.When I Visited the Workshop On July The Workshop Department Manager Mr.Chowdhury Said the Workshop has Handed My Vehicle to The Bank Concern.Without Informing The Customer About it.As The Vehicle was in The Custody of Topsel Toyota .How Can a Workshop of such a Reputable Company can be so Irresponsible .Since the Vehicle is reported to the Workshop Its the Resposiblity of the Topsel Toyota To Hand Over the Customer Vehicle .How Can Topsel Toyota be So Irresponsible .Neither Did they Took the Pain to Inform the Customer Before Handing the Customer Vehicle to Anyone.Not Only Dat on Enquiry About the Vehicle Different Department Says DIfferent Words.It Means the Employee There are Irrseponsible And are All Hand in Gloves with Different Agancy to Fraud Cutomers.
So i like to Infrom all my Friends To be Careful Before Dealing With such Situation.And Would like the Agency Concern to Help Me Get Back My Vehicle.Which Topsel Toyota Had Misplaced Or Handed Over to Someone..........
