dear sir i have booked a new diesel high line vento car on 13th sept 2010 i have paid Rs.75000/- by cheque no 91167 drawn on canara bank juhu branch .dealer promised the delivery of the car in nov 2010 cosidering the same i requested HDFC bank juhu vileparle (w) branch to disbursed the car loan.they paid Rs.803144/- on 31.10.2010.
till today the car is not delivered to me i have already paid two EMI of Rs.17286/- to HDFC bank.Kindly help me in the above said matter

dear sir i have booked a new vento diesel highline car on 13.11.2010 from dealer tornado motors pvt ltd having office at 4/5 vikas center 106,s.v.road.santacruse (w) mumbai-400054. i have paid booking amount of Rs.75000/-(Rupees seventy five thousand only) by cheque No-91175 dated 12.11.2010.i was promised to get the delivery of the car in nov 2010.Considering the same i requested to HDFC bank Juhu Vileparle (w) Branch to disbursed my car loan to dealer.HDFC bank disbursed Rs.803144/-(Rupees eight lacs three thousand one hundred forty four only) by payorder to Tornado Motors Pvt Ltd.the dealer fails to deliver the car though i have made payment as per their requirement.again the dealer promised me to deliver the car in 2nd week of dec 2010.i am sorry to say that they have not delivered the car till today.i have already paid two emi of Rs.17286/- to HDFC bank.please help in the above matter at an early date.what can be done against such dealer who fails to deliver the car as per promised.i would like to have the delivery of the car urgently and dealer shall pay the interest which is paid to HDFC bank till the delivery of the car.hopping for your kind cooperation in the matter.l

I Own Volkswagen Passat Model Bought in the year 2009 from one of the authorised dealer and in the month of January 2011 my vehicle meet with an accident in the first week then I arranged the vehicle and sent the same for repair to one of the authorised work shop of Volkswagen India i.e. Tornado Motors, Andheri (East) in the first week of January 2011 and after completion of formalities with insurance company in 3 working days the Tornado Motor's representative Mr. Vaibhav Ranade told me that the time frame will be 15 - 20 das for completion of the work so after that we contacted them around 20th of January 2011 then we got the feedback that the work is going on and by end of the month they should be able to complete the work and give the delivery of the vehicle so we contacted them at around 01/02/11 then they again told that the work has not been completed yet and another 10 - 15 days should be able to take then we again contacted them on 10/02/11 then some input received as work is almost completed and by 15/02/11 they should be able to complete the formalities and give the vehicle so we contacted again on 16/02/11 they again told that give them 2 - 3 days so now from there on after every 2 - 3 days they want another 2 - 3 days to complete the work and today it is 01/03/11 and every time they say give us 2 - 3 days as I wonder if they are using the vehicle for their personal use or might be since they are newly appointed dealer from Volkswagen India so they might have damaged the vehicle in process of repairing and due to that they are delaying the delivery of the vehicle. For their approach I even cpomplained at Volkswagen India assistance centre on 28/02/11 and after that on 15/02/11 and again on 28/02/11 and on 01/03/11 but still to receive any sort of feedback from them as i am wondering nor service centre and nor the Volkswagen India taking things seriously as the company is so aggressively launching products in India but in terms of after sales service their approach is beyond my understang so any new buyers please beware of such things as after sales service is equally important to maintain the vehicle.
