I had booked toyota etios liva about 2 months back and then i planned to buy some other car.but when i gave the application for the withdrawl of my booking amount which is Rs.50000/- which was 1 month back .So acoording to companies policy i should get back my booking amount maximum within 15days of giving the withdrawl application but its been more than a month now after i submitted the application and i still have not recieved my money back.I complianed many times in galaxy toyota but they still dont care and are just delaying everything and making excuses.I booked the car in Galaxy Toyota ,TSG Complex <69/1-A,najafgarh road moti nagar,new delhi -110015.I request the consumer court to please look into the matter strictly as its not a small amount for me and take necessary actions.
