They have promised me an Exchange bonus of Rs. 15,000 if I sell my Maruti car bearing reg. no. CH-01-B 1267 and submit the registration transfer documents to them. I indeed sold my Maruti car but in return they only sent me a cheque of rs. 10,000 whereas they were supposed to pay me rs. 15,000 as a exchange bonus as declared by the company and Mr. Raman Kumar in the company's sales department. Even the company had advertised the exchange bonus benefit scheme in the newspaper at that time. I have been regularly visiting the showroom and sending reminder letters to the company asking them for the remaining payment of rs. 5,000 but till today i have not received any positive response from the company. They have been telling me time and again that my case is in the pipeline, It's been almost 3 years and I have not received remaining payment from the company. The company has cheated on me and had played fraud on me.
