i bought a hyundai accent car in jan 2010, since begining it has two prob
1. it vibrates at a speed of more than 80 km/hr
2. it gives jerks every time it is started
this prob persisted even after taking the car to DEEP motors twice so i lodged a complaint on the website of hyundai

i recd a call from deep hyundai for checking my car.
i left my car with deep hyundai today morning after taking the appointment and in the evening when i went to take my car i find it badly damaged . the supervisor very casually says that he will repair it .
my car is absolutely new car (less than 6 mnths )without any accident till date. when i got the first service at deep hyundai they did not do it properly and so i had to write a complaint to customer care and now they have damaged my new car. i do not understand if they are so casual then why i was told to go to them
after lodging my fresh complaint for the damaged car by DEEP motors on the hyundai website and calling the customer care i have got no response from the hyundai motors or the dealerin last two daysthis kind of irresponsible and unprofessional attitude was unexpected from hyundai motors
